Refund Policy

Owing to the perishable & consumable nature of our products, we do not accept Returns of products.

Once an order is confirmed or shipped, Aamro Dairies will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the following scenarios, we are willing to collaborate with our customers to reach a mutually agreeable resolution that is equitable for all involved parties.

In case of Damaged product

Aamro Dairies requests that any damaged products be reported within two days from the delivery date by sending an email to ops@aamrodairies.com or on the business WhatsApp number - +917994429799. Please include the order number/ order delivery date, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer packaging, and two clear images showing the damaged product. If there are multiple items in the shipment, only the affected product should be returned for replacement. We are committed to promptly resending and replacing the product(s) and will collaborate with you to find a satisfactory solution. You can expect a response to your request within 24-48 hours, followed by full assistance.

In case of Missing product

Aamro Dairies requires notification of any missing products within two days from the delivery date through an email to ops@aamrodairies.com or on the business WhatsApp number - +917994429799. Please include the order number/ order delivery date, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer packaging, and two clear images showing all items received in case of multiple item delivery. We regret that we are unable to process refund requests, but we are more than willing to promptly resend the missing product. Expect a response to your request within 24-48 hours, followed by comprehensive assistance.

In case of spoiled product

Aamro Dairies must be informed of any product spoilage within two days from the delivery date via email to ops@aamrodairies.com or on the business WhatsApp number - +917994429799.. Please include the order number/ order delivery date, and clear images or a video of the affected product in the request. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns due to variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are entirely natural and predominantly handmade, ensuring each batch's uniqueness. We maintain the highest standards in our natural production process, utilizing only the finest and most natural ingredients to preserve maximum nutritional value. Rest assured, we are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution. Replacement of the product will be arranged after thorough investigation and diligence, ensuring a fair outcome at all times.
